Computer Consulting: Spread the Word

Share with friends and family about the kind of work you do and that you would appreciate referrals. You would be surprised at how many people overlook this valuable resource while there are thousands of dollars available through contacts.

Asking the Right Questions

Asking open-ended questions is a valuable way to find out more ways to help a company and often turn one discussion into a $10,000 or $15,000 project. Here are a few examples of good, open-ended questions that will get your clients talking.

* "How are we doing?"

* "What else can we help you with?"

* "What do you like about how we’re helping?"

* "What do you like about how we’re servicing the account?"

* "What do you think we can improve on?"

The key here is that They Talk, You Listen. Read the complete article for more information about open-ended questions and client comments that can boost your business (article link above).
