As an IT consultant, you need to think outside the box. You may think that selling PCs, PDAs, and laptops is beneath you, but your clients are going to need these tools and you can profit from their need.

By choosing the right PCs and software for your clients, their system can work much more efficiently. If you send them to someone else, though, they may not get the best service. Your valued customers will remain loyal when you offer them incredible service and great prices.

Plus, many of your small business clients will be behind the times. You will need to help bring them up to date by providing them advice on the best hardware, and if you can offer them the best equipment through your company, they're even more likely to stay by your side.
