Troubleshooting your PC boils down to one very important first step - rebooting your computer. Many business owners go into panic mode when they begin to have computer problems. Then they frantically try to contact their computer consultant only to discover that they could have fixed the problem themselves by rebooting.
All you need to do to save yourself this hassle and money is to take a moment – and a deep breath – then run your computer through the shutdown and restart modes. If your computer doesn't power off on its own, then you may have to use the power button but try the Start menu first.
