Denver, CO-based IT consulting services firm Merlin Technical Solutions stated it would be changing its name to Merlin International, a switch that will keep its brand name but create a larger global presence. The new Merlin International offers IT consulting services to public and private sector organizations to help them get the most out of their IT resources.
The US Federal IT market has been growing for the past six years, and Merlin has responded to the many challenges in the IT consulting field. The company was named one of the INC. 500 Fastest Growing Companies and Colorado’s Fastest Growing Companies. David Phelps, CEO and President also received recognition with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in technology.
Merlin approaches IT consulting by responding to customer challenges and focusing on benefits and customer satisfaction. The company achieved a 147% compounded annual growth in the past three years with 365 customer wins just in the past year. Spokespeople for the company hope that this new attempt at marketing the brand to the world will bring its solutions to the European and Asia-Pacific markets along with increasing services in the commercial field.
Merlin International currently does IT consulting work with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and NOAA.
