IT Marketing: Mailing to Your Current Customer Database

Instead of sending mail to strangers this month, why not send mail to people who already know and trust you? Your current customers. But what can you offer them since you’re already providing a lot of services.

Find something you can discount like an IT audit. Take it down from $400 to $299 and throw in a free surge protector or inventory worksheet template – anything to give a little extra pull to your offer.

Keep track of the results of your mail out. How many people respond? Which people respond? You may find that you can help your clients utilize what they already have, and create more work for yourself in the process.

Cementing your relationships with these types of offerings is essential; you want loyal customers. Remember that no matter what you offer your customers, your greatest asset is your relationship.
