IT consulting is all about relationships. It doesn’t matter how good your prices are or what types of services and products you offer. If you want to create loyal clients, you have to focus on the relationship.

The lifetime value of a single relationship could be well into the six-figure range, so you never want to take your clients for granted. Even after you have numerous technicians, you want to touch base with your clients regularly.

There may be a lot of things you need to consider when starting a business, but your first priority now and forever should be relationship building. Your relationship with your clients is what we’ll keep them coming back year after year, not your pricing and products.
