Software company Oracle recently stated it had been praised by solution providers and readers of the important CMP Technology publication VARBusiness for providing outstanding levels of satisfaction. The company was awarded in the Annual Report Card (ARC) award program and got another award for Loyalty in the Business Software category from the magazine. VARBusiness Magazine is a bi-weekly publication offering information and important industry insight for technology integrators. The award was given to Oracle at a recent awards ceremony that took place on August 15 at the XChange ’06 Conference in St. Louis, MO.
This is the 21st year for the VARBusiness ARC Awards that commemorate the best partner programs in 18 product and service categories. Categories for solution providers include desktop computers, servers, storage management, Internet application server software and networking hardware, among others. Winners of the award are determined by surveying over 5,000 systems integrators, IT consulting companies, VARs, solution providers and software developers.
Oracle was recognized because of its success and continued growth in the industry. Group vice president Rauline Ochs stated that the success of the company was due to its partners and ho they help customers solve problems within their companies and businesses. The Oracle PartnerNetwork is made stronger by a growing number of solution providers and others that continue to jump on board to provide superior service to clients.
